If match the following conditions,we will accept the Return & Exchange request for products unconditionally.

A. With evidence proved that our products have not conformed with the quality required by the customers.

B. Damaged by the courier during transportation;

C. Product name does not conform to the ordered in contract when finally received;

Notice: Return & Exchange request is valid within 30 days from date of arrival;Please specify us the way of return in advance then send back after our confirmation,we will pay for the cost of freight.After receiving the returned goods,we will refund or exchange as per customer's request.
